Company Overview
Contact Human Resource Group was founded by Christine Menard in 1979 as a 100% Canadian owned and operated Human Resource firm based in London, Ontario.
In order to expand internationally, Contact partnered with Express Employment Professionals in 1996. Contact Human Resource Group officially changed its name to Express Employment Professionals on January 1, 1998. Since 1996, Express has expanded and grown in Canada significantly.
Our staffing solutions have grown since 1979 to include Light Industrial, Administrative, and Professional Staffing (IT, Engineering, Accounting/Financial and Human Resources). These services are provided through traditional temporary/contract staffing, large account management - on-premise/managed staffing, evaluation and direct hire.
The London offices are also home to the Training and Outplacement Division. In addition to this, we have a Training Centre on site that can accommodate a variety of professional development courses that focus on computer literacy.
Additionally, Express provides customized business solutions through consulting, and training and development services in the areas of Human Resources, Risk and Safety, and the broad area of Workforce/Workplace issues.
The Canadian Headquarters and training facilities are located in London (150 Dufferin Ave., Suite 100 and 200) which also houses the Regional Developer Team and Corporate Finance Division. The benefits to our clients include time effective local decision making and experts available to assist with client and associate concerns and opportunities, not to mention enhanced support for the London client companies and associates.
The office hours for the London/St Thomas Express office have expanded over time to better service client companies and associates. The current hours in our London location are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outside those hours of service, an Express representative is available for after-hours requests or emergencies.
Express Services, Inc. acquired ISO 9002 registration in 1998, which was recently renewed. Proven benefits of doing business with an ISO registered organization, include but are not limited to:
